Shipping & Delivery

DECOBATE | Tableware & Home Decor is based in Cairo, Egypt. We ship to many countries around the World via overseas express shipping. You’ll find the list of countries we ship to in the Country dropdown menu under the Billing/Shipping Address in our Checkout page.

Below you’ll find our policies regarding ordering and delivery.

Submitted orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if the item is available ‘In Stock’. If it’s ‘Available on Backorder’, processing time is 1- 2 weeks.

Once we have finished processing your order, it will then subsequently be dispatched via our partner courier for delivery/shipping. We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping fees are confirmed online before your order’s final validation, and prior to paying.

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders shipped inside Egypt:

• cash-on delivery (paid to the messenger upon order arrival).
• We accept payments online using all Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.
• The payment details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection – powered by the reliability and security of Amazon Payment Services. DECOBATE does NOT see your payment details.

• We accept PayPal payments in select countries.
• The payment details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection – powered by the reliability and security of Amazon Payment Services. DECOBATE does NOT see your payment details.

Terms & Conditions for Local Delivery:

Orders placed in Egypt are delivered within 2-4 business days from the time your order is dispatched after order processing (see above).

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will have to sign a receipt confirming you received it.

It is very important you provide us very detailed information about your address and its location, do not hesitate to add more details to your address and to check carefully your mobile number is correctly written. You will be contacted by our partner delivery courier before delivery.

Terms & Conditions for International Fast (Express) Shipping:

DECOBATE currently offers fast (express) shipping to many countries around the World. If we ship to your country, you will find it as one of the possible shipping destinations upon the time of placing your order.

The shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order upon Checkout and prior to payment. The shipping time period is between 4 – 8 business days from the time your order is dispatched after order processing (see above). Your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

Customs fees might be requested prior/upon delivery by the shipping courier, according to local regulations of your country of residence. These extra costs are not included within the shipping fees you pay to DECOBATE upon order placement in the Checkout page.

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• You can contact us within 14 days from the time of delivery for returns/exchanges.
• Returned/exchanged items should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned/exchanged items MUST be in their original condition.
• Shipping costs for returned/exchanged items will be incurred by the buyer, and will be deducted from the refunded/exchanged amount. Costs of returned/exchanged items will NOT be incurred by DECOBATE. Thank you for understanding.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

   

Procedure for Returns & Exchanges:

You can contact us within 14 days from the time of delivery by emailing the detailed information concerning the item you want to return or exchange, along with your name, telephone, product description, delivery reference number. Very important: please mention in the subject line, Return or Exchange, and the order number it is related to. You can send this email to: support@decobate.com and someone from our support team will be contacting you with instructions for the next steps.
